The following position is open at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. 

 

Title:  Administrative Coordinator<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

The Administrative Coordinator is the lead staff member responsible for processing gifts, acknowledgments and entering all donations for the institution through the Foundation office.  The coordinator must ensure that all deposits are entered into the correct account (deptid).  This position must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding donor information and follow state and institutional policies in disposing of confidential information.  This position will interact collaboratively with other campus units and must possess excellent customer service skills, and when needed, field phone calls from donors with questions about their giving.
