 I have created a custom report based on an Event Export. I am using a Parameter to select the event. Works fine. I add the Attended field, and if the data is a mix of Attended and Not Attended participants for the event, all participants display twice - once as attended and once as not attended. I have selected Select distinct records and changed all links to left outer join. I am puzzled, and would appreciate any suggestions.

    Did you exclude all the not attended from your export output?

     Is there a reason you chose an event export and not a participant export?

     No, because I actually wanted to see both the attended and not attended.

     It seemed like a logical choice to me as I am summarizing event revenue and expenses.  But, that is an excellent idea!  I will try rewriting the report based on a Participant Export and see what happens.  Thank you!
