Exception: Gift has a transaction pending

Hi, We are importing standing Order files to RE. and most of the files are having the exception : 'Gift has a pending Transaction'. but when we open that constituent on RE, and checked the gifts tab, everything seems to be OK... can anybody suggest me, what exactly could be the reason for this exception??     I got the message when there was a gift generated through the "generate" option in batch.  Attempted to add another payment to the pledge.  Got that error message.  The pending transaction was in a batch that had not been committed.  Being it's not committed, nothing will show on constituent record. 

    Check for a batch or gifts that are not committed.  That's what my issue was anyway.
