The little Blue 'go to' Arrow

Is there a shortcut that I am missing, to be able to use the 'go to' blue arrow [?]; and, is there a way to setup personal shortcuts, within Raiser's Edge? The go to [?] is one of the most used things in RE, in my experiece. I would like to see a shorcut like an F key devoted to it. Thanks. Robin Crickmay-Schaff

    Don't know a one-key short cut to using the arrow.  You can avoid having to use mouse by doing Alt + C, T on constituent record / Alt +G, T on gift records.  Just have to check find the drop down menu that has the blue arrow as an option. Don't see keystrokes when in batch.

    I have never heard of any way to set up personal shortcuts in RE.
