EFT and Batch

Options
You know how you store credit card details on Bio 2 of a constituent record, and you put account details on the relationship record with the bank/financial institution. Well my question is,  when you enter gifts in a batch, using EFT Automatically generate payments, can you have RE fill in the credit / or account details or do you have to retype them every time?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
ThanksKim

Bank account details are auto populated from the 'master' recurring gift.

As Alan said they will auto populate.  I've never had to retype any of the info as long as the card details or bank account info is selected as the method of payment on the pledge/recurring gift record.

Even for people who have cc/bank draft info on their record that they use from time to time, just choose the appropriate pay method and when you get to the field in batch you should see at the bottom of the screen 'select F7' and you can choose the payment method without retyping a thing.
