compare gift amounts for different years - renewals

Is there a report available yet that will show only those donors that gave the same amount in a time period?  I am working on our Annual Fund segments that includes breakouts for upgrades, downgrades and renewals.  I can get the upgrades and downgrades separated out in the comparative report, but can't seem to get the renewals separated.  Does anyone have an suggestions besides analyzing it outside of Raiser's Edge?  Thank you!

Not sure if some other report might be able to pull it.

What came to my mind though is when you run your 'upgrades' and 'downgrades' create an output query for each.  You should be able to easily create a query of all donors for last year or this year whichever is the main group you're looking for.  Then merge that query with the "Sub" function to remove the "upgrades" and then again to remove the "downgrades".  Theoretically you should be left with the 'renewals'.  Choose those as the records to include in your report with format to include "both".

    Just a thought...

UGH - sounds like an ugly workaround - unfortunate that you have to do it this way. But it sounds like it would work.
