Adding an Attribute field to a Crystal report

Hi all.  I have an existing Crystal report that I want to add a gift attribute description to.  I added the field to my export, and I can see it in the exported data, but no matter what I do in the report, I can not access the attribute field to insert it in my report. Crystal does not recognize the fields - it does not see the attributes portion of my exported data.

I've tried everything I can think of - re-setting the database, verifying the database, etc.  

I know a similar question was asked the other day, but in that one he could see the data and just wasn't able to link it. I can not see my data from the report at all, yet I know it has been exported along with the other data.

Can anyone help?

It sounds like you need to add the gift attribute table to your Select Tables.

Database menu -> Database Expert, then move over from "Available Data Sources" any tables not listed under "Selected Tables"  Then on the Link tab, change the link to the newly added table to be "Left Outer Join"

 Hopefully this does it.
