Honor Memorial Contributors List

When I run a Honor/Memorial Contributors List, I can't get the donors address to show up, only the donor's name shows.  I have checked every possibilty on the Reports Format Tab.  Can anyone help me with this, what am I doing wrong?

     Hi Gabbie,  go to tab 5 -- individual address  --"What would you like to print?"   change the menu box to Address

    Under the Fields to Include tab choose the Donor Address Block field under the Address heading in the Available Fields box.  Works for us.  Good luck!
