How are others recording will provisions and other estate planning instruments?

    Great question. eTapestry isn't the best place to track this information, but there are things you can do to help store specific information. You can create relationships between accounts with the relationship type specific to the need, and you can create journal notes or contacts with specific Contact Methods that allow you to query the information you need quicker.

    We created a UDF category to address this issue. I then applied a security rights to the fields under the category. This way only certain staff/volunteers can view different pieces of information.
