Donation Form API Use Examples & Experience

Any examples of Convio clients creating their own custom donation forms using Convio's fundraising API?

- I'd love examples of what your custom forms look like and how they diverage from Convio's fundraising form template.

- Also would love any feedback on if your custom format boosted conversion/response rates.

- Finally, how do you deal with creating variations of your custom format for special campaigns. Do you tweak the custom form for each special campaign or just use one generic form?
