How do you link to a custom teamraiser page?

We had the same issue here. After trying for a good amout of time to get the code out of the URL I contacted Convio.

Here's the solution, with some additional tips:

Do this AFTER you have published the TeamRaiser event (the hash code changes

between unpublished and published states).

Locate the custom page within the TeamRaiser event. Click on Edit. Click on Preview at the bottom of the page. From the URL, you will need to write down:

1. fr_id

2. sid

3. hash

You will also need to know your Convio "short name". You can find this by looking at the URL on your Administrator Site. Your short name is surrounded by slashes (/) just after the "convio.net" in the address bar of your browser.

After you have this information, use this URL template to create your link.

http://SHORTNAME.convio.net/site/TR?fr_id=####&pg=informational&sid=####&hash=#####

It appears that the "pg" is always "informational" regardless of the page name that you gave your custom page(s) in TeamRaiser.

Hopefully this will be resolved in an upcoming release.

Yes, the Winter '09 release makes this so much easier, using the insert link dialog that we are all used to for inserting Convio content.
