How to import MSN address book to Teamraiser address list

Is there a way to import an MSN address list into a Teamraiser’s address list? I see where you can import from Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook and a few others but nothing on MSN.

    The third-party tool used for importing contacts into the participant center, Plaxo, does not include the ability to import from MSN. MSN users would have to export their address book as a CSV and then they can upload that.
