C tags in email

I'm trying to set up my autoresponders and was wondering if there was a way to make use of the c tags, like ] in those emails. I've tried putting them but it just returns an empty space.

    C-Tags only work inside of TeamRaiser pages. The S47 tag can be used to accomplish the same thing outside of TeamRaiser. For coordinator_phone, you'd use ], where 1234 is your TeamRaiser's ID.
