How do I get the social share buttons in my Teamraiser Participant Center to work?

Hi,

I'm getting the following error message when I try to use the Teamraiser Participant Center's social sharing buttons:

Connection error. Please Try Again and Failed - Invalid site domain

How do I fix this issue?

Hi Marnee,

Have you set up Gigya on your site already? Here is the help doc on that: http://help.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=Admin_Social_SocialSharing_Configuring

I also found a help doc talking about Social Sharing and PC2: http://help.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=Admin_TeamRaiser_Edit_03EventOptions#advanced_pc2

I've not set this up myself yet but hopefully it might help,

Was there ever a solution for this? I've set everything up according to the docs and have the exact same error. The account I'm attempting to post to Facebook from was entirely created with the integrated SM function, using FB as the authenticator, however when it comes to sharing out a link to the PC page it errors.
