Where do I go in Team Raiser to edit the Participant Center page?

I'm trying to edit our Participant Center page. I went into Team Raiser, then to Participant Center, edit Center and when I get to a window to edit it, nothing shows up. When I click on Preview, it doesn't go anywhere. How do I edit our Participant Center page? Help. I need to add updates, announcements, etc.

The page "Home Page" under "Customize Pages" is where your PC content lives.

So I went there and looks like this page isn't even configured and it won't let me preview it. This is all it says: Latest Event Information Fundraising with Facebook Fundraising Tools Doesn't have any of the design elements I thought we built in. Hmm?

When you edit your TR and are on step 3 ("Select Event Options") what does it say on configuration #7 (Participant Center for this TeamRaiser)?

It says "Canary Challenge 2012".
