How do we build individual fundraising pages in TeamRaiser?

Options

We want to be able to create individual fundraising pages, i.e. if a person chooses their activity such as a wedding, 5K, or marathon, then wants to raise funds for our organization. I understand this is possible, now simply want to know how we set these up.

    This is really a function of Personal Events or Personal Fundraising but you can definitely work with TeamRaiser to accomplish some of this functionality. The main difference is that a constituent cannot setup the event themselves. All they can do is join an event that you've created. Do you want them to be able to create an event that benefits your org or will you create the events for them and then they join the event?

  • What I'd do is set up a teamraiser with generic company branding - call it Personal Events - then folks can register for the event and customize their "Personal Page" with photo/video and text relevent to their event (wedding birthday etc.) they can then send emails asking folks to donate - set a fundraising goal etc - much like any other teamraiser event.

    You really just set it up like a normal TR event but don't configure the team capability. Have you ever setup a TR event before?
