Customize participant centre gift form

Are there any for options to adding fields to the participant centre "Enter new gift" form. We have an issue with French participants not being able to select a language for their donors and it defaults to English. The donor is then quite upset when they receive an English email and receipt.

    Do you have a "Language" field in your TR event donation form? If donors complete this info then the system should see French as their primary language and then render things like receipts in French.

    We don't have a language field on the form itself but that seems to be working ok. As long as the donor is on the French equivalent of the page, it creates everything in French.

     

    If I add the language field to the form, will that show up in the Participant Centre when the participant keys a gift?

    Let me check on this for you. I don't have a lot of experience working with adding fields to PC2. I'll respond shortly or get someone to comment.
