Import survey results for existing constituents

I have a spreadsheet with survey results for registrants I already have uploaded into Convio TeamRaiser. Some records already have a response in Convio and others do not. Is there a way to bulk upload the remaining results without having to manually update each response?

    I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Are you concerned that if you do an upload that it will overwrite responses currently in the system? Or do the remaining result not have a contact record to attach to?

    Ok. So in the first upload you did it sounds like you did a registration upload if I understand. You created new records along with their responses. Is that correct?

     

    If so, you now can do a Question Response upload. I've found the information in our HelpCenter here: http://help.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=Admin_TeamRaiser_Managing_Uploads_Responses

     

    Do you have the Cons IDs for those who don't already have the information attached to their record? If so, you can just list those in the Cons ID column and it will only update these constituent's records. I'm double-checking to see if you do a complete upload if it will overwrite existing responses.

     

    Please let me know if this isn't what you need.
