Is there a way to run a report on who has signed the waiver on Team Raisers?

On our Team Raisers participants have to check the checkbox agreeing to the waiver before completing registration.  Is there a way to run a report to show they have agreed to the waiver?

    Yes, I believe that the classic Participant Registration Report shows the answers.

    Hi Brian - I see every answer to all constituent information questions and additional questions but not whether or not someone agreed to the participant waiver.

    Doesn't one have to agree to the waiver in order to continue/participate? It's not optional?
