Can you point me to a link that lists all email features available in Convio? Comparing products and want to make the case for using TR or Luminate to send promotional emails and newsletters for the entire organization.

    There's not really a "list" of all email features but I can say that I've never seen anyone try to use the email tools in TeamRaiser to send other campaign emails and enews and such. Even for email promotion of a TR event, most clients go ahead and use the regular Email Campaign tool to communicate with. This way you can create a campaign for each email type and manage multiple messages under each campaign. And of course this helps make reporting of similar campaigns or message types a breeze.
