Copying a team page from the year prior?

Hi everybody.  I have been digging through the archives and could not find anything on this.  Is it possible for an TeamRaiser event participant to copy their team's page from the year prior?  Seems like it isn't possible but I'd like to see if any of you have found a way to make this happen.

    I've gone through the directions you have attached but am still running into a wall.  When I tried to point towards Edit Advanced Options, I don't see the Define Returning Team Options anywhere.  As a administrator, could I be locked out of this function?

    Did you indicated last year's event in Step 1 - Identify TeamRaiser, item 7 "Previous Event Association"?  I think that needs to be set before the option will appear.

    Yes. The same event from last year was set to associate with this year's. I don't see the option at all.

    Weird.  Are teams enabled in Step 4, item 2?

     

    The navigation might also not be updating because the page could be cached.  Try CTRL+F5 or close the browser and log back in.  (It sounds silly, but it's worked for me with similar issues.)

     

    If neither of those does it, I would suggest using the live support chat at support.convio.com since they can go in and actually look at the settings.
