I'm trying to edit our disclaimer on each personal page. How can I do this? Ex.: http://ow.ly/iZL06

    Hi Kim,

I'm not sure how you have this added into your site. If you have just added it at the bottom of a Pagebuilder page then you will have to go into each page where this exists and change it. I see you're using TeamRaiser for this event so it's possible that this disclaimer may be in the Pagewrapper. If so, you will just need to find this element in your live Pagewrapper for this campaign and change it there.

Now... here's the bad news... since this is inserted on a Personal Page in TeamRaiser then I'm not sure if you can change this for existing personal pages. Typically when your default personal page it will change this for future participant pages but changes will not affect already existing records. But I checked your site and this content isn't directly added to the default Personal Page so this may not be an issue. But I'm not sure here since I can't tell where your content lives.

I opened your site in Firebug and it shows that it has a style of "VFD_footer" but I can't find a Pagebuilder or any other content holder where this is being hosted. I can't access your style sheet so I don't know if you're pulling this in from somewhere using this CSS.

If you want, I can escalate this post to Support so they can take a look and let you know where this content lives.

I remember during the implementation, the programmers asked us to draft a disclaimer. So we personally did not add this. I would have preferred to list it in the footer area.

It may be a back end issue to solve on your side, so if you can bump this issue up to support, that would be great! Also, we should not have to pay for this change if it involves additional hands-on support.
