New team member autoresponder

Hi there,

 

Is there a way to have the "Someone joined your team" autoresponder in Teamraiser so that it just goes to the Team Captain instead of the entire team roster?

    It should only be going to the team captain.  Are you sure it's going to the entire team?

    Yes, one of the team members for one our affiliate's events received an email that someone new joined her team. The person who received the email is not the captain of the team. I've asked them to forward me a copy of what the email looked like, but it definitely sounds like it went to someone who isn't the captain.

    Weird.  Maybe that participant and the team captain share an email address?  Or the captain is forwarding emails?
