Participant clicks on "click here to view as html" and an error message on web page pops up

We have a potential participant who received this email because she is being solicited to be part of a team. When she clicks on the "Click here to view as HTML" a message saying "We're sorry- the page or function you tried could not be found on our website..." How do I fix it so they can see this as html?

I'm not sure why there is a link to view an email in html. There should be a link to view the message in a browser but most of the time it's the email browser setting that determines if an email recipient receives a plain-text, html or rich text format email. This link must be in your stationary so to remove this you'll need to go into the stationary for this email.

It looks like the code above doesn't show the stationary so I'm not sure if you have a "view message in browser" link in your stationary. But I would remove the html link.
