Someone joined your team notification

Hello

I was wondering if it was possible to include the name of the new team member in the body of the "Someone joined your team" autoresponder and not just at the end. Is there s-tag that could do that?

Thanks,

Matt Tinker

    Hey Matt...

I can't think of a way to use an S-tag to do this but let me ask around.

    Matt,

Noah confirmed that you cannot insert this info into the email within the copy element. He recommended adding something to your text like, “Please see the bottom of this email for the name of your new team member.”

    Hi Kent

I had a feeling that was probably the case. Thanks for the quick response.

    @Kent Gilliam and @Matt Tinker

Just happen  to have the same need and stumbling upon this posting.

I noted that both of you guys were referring on something "at the bottom" /  "at the end" which I am under the assumption interpreting that as the default where the actual newly joined team member name is going to be displayed but I can't seem to find that in our actual autoresponder --  thus would like to further guidance on this in case if I might be missing any step to enable the new team member name to be shown "at the bottom" of the autoresponder (eventhough that's not the email body but I guess might suffice for current need).

Thanks in advance for your help !

    regards,

    Daniel

    Hey Daniel

There is an auto-generated section of the autoresponder that is tacked on to the bottom of the email when it is sent. There isn't a way (that I know of) to see that section in the preview within your TeamRaiser. It is just added on the fly when the email is sent to the participant.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Matt
