Trying to run task to show fundraisers with less than $1

Options

Hi there

We are trying to set up a recurring task that shows us TeamRaiser participants who have raised less than $1. I can see through a Participant Performance report that there are people who meet this criteria for the event but our task is not returning any results.

In the field for "Dollars raised less than (whole dollars)" I have put "1", which I feel should work but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Matt

That should work as long as you have things like the correct event chosen and not limiting the population through another configuration. Can you share a screenshot of your task?

I wonder if setting 'include reg fees in fundraising' on the TR would affect this.

    Hi Kent

I've attached the screenshots. Everything looks right to me but let me know if you see something. Also, I have a two or three people who have raised less than $100 and when I put $100 as my top-limit, it does give me those people in the results, just not the other 80 or so people who have raised $0.

Thansk Brian. I currently have this "unchecked" but tried it "checked". No change in the task results.

    Matt,

I ran the attached Report Writer report and can see that your task should be rendering around 86 participants that haven't raised at least $1. But within your task of limiting the task to only include registrations that are 21+ days old, that removes about 12 participants who don't meet the "21 days" mark. You'll see one participant that donated to themselves but hasn't had a donation made to them. I don't want to mess up your task but have you tried "2" and see if it captures anything? I'm curious if it could have something to do with Canadian currency. If you'd like, I can escalate this thread to a Support case for you.

    Hey Kent

2 doesn't seem to work either. If you could escalate to Support, that would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Matt

    Matt,

Your post requires a little more attention than we can provide in the community so I have escalated it to a Client Services case. If you are one of the contacts at your organization with access to Client Services (support) then you will receive email notifications from the person assigned to help you. If you do not have access to the support portal (the link above doesn't send you to the support portal), please let me know so I can note this in the case.

    Your case number is: 00543138

Please use the support portal to communicate any additional information with the client services team member assisting you with your case.

    Thank you!
