Automatic replies from participant center emails

Is there a way to stop automatic replies that are in response to a participant sending out an email via a Participant Center in Teamraiser coming back to our event admins? I can't seem to figure out why this is happening - I would think if an email originates from a Participant Center email that it would use the participant's email for any automatic replies. Is this just a setting that I have overlooked and if so where can we modify it?

  • We have it setup so the bouceback goes to the participant.  i believe the setting is located here:

     

    1. Go to the TeamRaiser or TeamRaiser Blueprint

    2. Select "3. Select Event Options"

    3. Select "Edit Advanced Options" (below the main list)

    4. Select "d. Define Misc Options"

    5. Check off the box for #13, "Yes, enable the participant center email bounce notification"

     

    This setting determines if the participant should be notified when emails that they send from their Participant Center are bounced back.
