Get teamraiser participant social shares count

Options

I have GIGYA configured and by running "Social Media Sharing Counts by Constituent " report, I get counts for social shares.

I want to get social shares count inside the personal page. Something like what we can do for emails:

[[E48:[[S334:fr_id]]-[[S334:smileytongue:x]]:emails-sent]]

    Hi Romany...

    Were you able to figure this one out? I asked around and was told that this could only be pulled through the report because the report integrates with GIGYA. Can you tell me what the column header in the report has for the count? You might try putting that in your syntax but I'm not sure that will work. None of my test sites has shared content to report on so I can't generate that report and see the header info.

    Hi Kent,

    Report header:

    =============

    First Name

    Last Name

    Facebook Share Count

    LinkedIn Share Count

    MySpace Share Count

    Twitter Share Count

    Yahoo Share Count

    Total Share Count

    =============

    So what I was told is that when that report is ran it is actually calling to the GIGYA system to pull in that data so it's not really stored in your Luminate sytem and therefore it can't be pulled in as content on a page. The only way you could even come close to sharing the count would be to run a report and then import the total counts to a custom_string and then call that value into a contional. But that would not show an immediate point increase and you'd have to run a report and total the new values and import them again to show the social share increase. That's really the only way I can think of still being able to accomplish what you want but obviously it would require some significant manual processes.
