Team Thermometer Not Updating

I have created a custom page in my TeamRaiser and I wanted to display a few team-specific thermometers on the page.  I added the S35 tag and the thermometer displays, but it isn't updating even though I know the teams have already received donations.  What did I miss?

 

Here's how I formatted my S tag:

 

[[S35: team_therm,1280,1794,0]]

    Erin,

     

    You have the "0" for the consID so it's trying to use your consID and if you haven't raised any funds then it won't show an amount. I believe you can leave the "0" out since you don't want it to be specific to a constituent. 

     

    Try that and let me know. It's been a while since I've played around with the S35.

    I tried that and it didn't work. I do know that the team has already received at least one donation, so it should reflect that. I used the Teamraiser ID and the Team ID in the thermometer, is that right?

    So I asked around and everyone said setting it up like the below should work. I don't have a test enironment to do this but it should work.

     

    [[S35: team_therm,frID,teamID]]

     

    I removed the cons ID all together. You should only need the frID and teamID. 

     

    Have you tried it that way?
