Autoresponders not being sent by Teamraiser

Options

We're experiencing multiple failures to send when it comes to TR autorespondres. Does anyone have suggestions?

 

1) Donors who give to a TR participant are not getting an autresponder thanking them for the donation.

 

2) The participant who received the above gift is not get the "A donation has been made on your behalf" autoresponder.

 

3) The Milestone Autoresponders are not including any of the custom content created when configuring the milestone. Only the "generic" content in the Milestone Autoresponder is sent.

 

Please Help! We've never had these issues before and were ready to launch until we did a "live" test and discovered the above failures to send.

    We got it figured out the other night Brian. Not sure what was happening though. David ran some additional tests and things seemed to work fine.
