There is no option to export the “last” assigned appeal.

Using Export you can get some option to further “filter” the appeal, however, it isn't going to give you “last”.

Assuming you have a way to “tell” if an appeal is “last” by the “date” field of the assigned appeal, then all you need to do is export from Query module (not Export module linked to Query). export the assigned appeal field you want, including the “date” field. Then in excel you can sort by constituent id > assigned appeal date (descending order). then remove duplicate (excel data function) by the Constituent ID, so you get only ONE row for ONE constituent and only the latest" dated assigned appeal is left.
