Questions for 11/11 Call

Hello, All!

These questions are primarily for the Convio staff. Here goes:

1. During the EOY campaign, will the EOY donation form be the only one active on the site? If so, will it include a section for honor/memorial gifts? When will the donation form be ready to publish? Do we publish or does Convio do this?

2. Do we send the emails for the EOY campaign or will Convio do this once we select the dates?

3. Do we type url links directly into our email messages?

4. The e-card message has a donor and a non-donor version. Does the donor version go to people who have donated to the EOY campaign as of the date of the second email message? Is it possible to remove the "Donate Now" button from the donor version? And does the non-donor version go to people who have not donated to the EOY campaign?

5. Do we look in the Booster shot kit for the EOY visual design themes?

6. Our CEO's signature should be on file from a fundraising campaign we ran in July. How can we make sure you have it, or should we simply attach it as a pdf file?

Hi Rhonda!

As you point out in one of the other threads in the Booster Shot area, some of your questions are answered in this similar thread on who does what and how.

We should be answering anything not covered in that thread during today's final campaign Q&A session, but please don't hesitate to bring these (and other!) questions up again if they're not clear by the end of our call.

The one thing that I'll add is that the visual designs for the EOY campaigns are posted in this thread in community. I apologize for any confusion on where to find these - we promoted that link in the initial Booster Shot webinar that was open to all Convio clients; we posted that thread months ago in a more public area so that any client could use the visual designs and kits for their end-of-year campaigns.

We'll take a look at thumbnails of these designs in today's call; you can download the full kits, however, if you'd like to modify these designs to create your own end-of-year campaign theme. Each kit has instructions for using the design files. The kits also have instructions for building out an end-of-year campagin yourself, though that's obviously less of a concern for folks in the Booster Shot program.

Thank you for responding, Patrick. I still was not able to access the designs using the link in the email. (I got a message that said, "An unexpected error has occured.") But no worries, we can talk more about this on the call today.
