I need some input on our subject line

I'd suggest segmenting your list between prior donors and non-donors....

Prior donors would receive a subject line of something like "Your generosity put a smile on Chloe's face" or "First Name, see how you made Chloe smile"

Then you tell Chloe's story, show how their support made that happen and ask for additional support to add more smiles to other kids faces....

For non-donors perhaps something along the lines of "How First Name can put a smile on a child's face this holiday seaon" or "Find out how you can make kids like Chloe smile"
