Hi Patrick,

Can you please clarify the sizes of the images & graphics.



The EOY Guide I am working off (maybe it's an old version?) recommends the following image sizes.



Images

Your appeal image should be resized to no more than 160 pixels wide by around 200 pixels tall. For your eCard, vertical eCard Images should be 300px wide by approximately 350 px tall; horizontal eCard Image should be 350 px wide by approximately 230 px tall.

BUT, I just downloaded the Winter Kit v4.zip and the YearEnd_Guide.doc has the following image sizes listed

Which is correct?

Also, in the EOY Guide, the eAppeal Banner dimensions are 595px wide by 100px tall. But the Winter Kit v4 photoshop file of the eAppeal Banner is 595px wide by 163px tall.

Please let me know what the correct sizes are so I can make sure we supply them properly.

    Hi Sarah,

    Thank you for posting to clarify! We wrote the guide first and it looks like when we later firmed up the visual designs, there were some discrepancies. Here are the dimensions to use:

    eAppeal Image: 160px wide by 200px tall

    eCard Image: 220px wide by 220px tall

    eAppeal Banner: 595px wide by 100-163px tall (this can be flexible - if you use one of the visual designs, it will be 163 px tall)

    If we get variations on these dimensions due to the discrepancies between the guide and the kits, we will adjust the images accordingly to make them work.
