Online Express notifications

Hello, My team is no longer receiving gift notifications via email. Our IT team explained that online express requires a renewal of your account email every 90 days. We are having a little trouble figuring out how to renew it to begin receiving notifications again. Yesterday we noticed that our donors are no longer receiving THANK YOU emails either. Can anyone provide some assistance? Thank you!

    @Morgan Walltower - Since your donors are no longer receiving confirmation emails too, this leads me to believe it has something to do with your org's DKIM, SPF, and DMARC protocols for authenticating emails that come through BB's servers as a part of your org's domain. Here's a helpful resource you can share with IT, they will need to look into this for you.

    PS - I have never heard of a “renewal of your account email every 90 days”.

  • @Austen Brown Thank you! You are spot on with the issue and we have sent this information to our IT team. We are hoping to have a resolution soon! Turns out we received notification of the need to update our server to continue receiving email notifications.
