Hello! Does anyone have a system set up to send automatic tribute notification emails to honorees when someone makes a gift in their honor? I've seen this done at other organizations (using software like Classy, for example) but it doesn't integrate with RE so we'd have to change our entire online donation platform, which is not an option. If you do this at your organization, would you please tell me what you use and if you've found a way to integrate with RE? Thanks!

    @Bridget Hartman It's possible that a Work Flow could be set up in RE to do this. Just a thought…

    I believe there is a way to do this if you use Donation Form designer in webview. I would read up quite a bit on how those gifts end up on RE records. The automatic constituent matching has been challenging many Organizations, and I believe the same rules apply for Honor/Memorial records as well.

    Another option would probably be to build a PowerAutomate flow to send the email, but it wouldn't happen until after the gift was in RE.

    Not aware of third-party donation forms that would do this AND integrate nicely with RE, but that could easily be a knowledge gap for me. I've not had the reason to research that.
