getTeamPhoto API endpoint no longer working

We utilize the Lo API for our Teamraiser instance to get the Events Team Photos and the getTeamPhoto API endpoint stopped working for us in the past week. Does anyone know if there is a bug with the API or a change was made to this endpoint?

    @Stephanie Gleason This issue arose after the 23.2 LO release. Please log a support case so our engineers can keep you updated on the fix.

  • @Erik Leaver We logged a ticket with BB yesterday and were made aware of the bug. Hopefully, they can get it fixed shortly!

    The team is working on some updates to the TeamRaiser APIs. I'd like to understand what caused your problem because I am currently working on improving that support documentation. Can you tell me if you were referencing either the legacy documentation or the new documentation? I will look for your customer service ticket for more details. Thank you!

  • @Elizabeth Favre Blackbaud used the API to display Team Photos while customizing our Team Raiser leaderboard area. Since setting up a new event last week the Photos disappeared entirely (they were working last week). The javascript that was written was not set up to handle a blank photoItem object so it actually broke that whole section of the leaderboard. I was referencing the new documentation link you attached there and observed that the call for getTeamPhoto returns an error response ({"errorResponse":{"code":"1","message":"Unable to process request."}}. We are still awaiting the fix from our Blackbaud support case.
