Constantly being logged out of LO

Options

Anyone else having trouble recently being constantly logged out of LO after clicking “Save” or “Next”, etc. on the admin side? Wondering if it's LO-wide or a local problem for us.

  • @Kyle Booth no issues here. Have you tried a different browser? Do you need to clear your cache? Those are the only 2 things I can think of. ?

    Thanks. It helps to know that it is not LO-wide. I think it might be something with our network. Unfortunately, I am constantly clearing my cache and restarting my computer lately, which seems to help for a few minutes.

  • @Kyle Booth I run into that when using the open network at my org - it is a lower security connection which is just completely open for the public to use (so that it is easy for our patients to access wifi). No problems at all when using our secure internal network or my password-protected home wifi. So I'd definitely start by looking into your network security settings!

  • @Kyle Booth this happens to us and we were told by Support that it's because our org's network uses a dynamic IP. Luminate is designed to log you out if the user IP address changes. there is no fix for this other than changing our institutional security policies to use a static IP, which is not an option for our organization, so we've been coping with this for years. super frustrating. it may be worth putting in a ticket to raise this with Support again and see if they can address this in the future.
