Is it possible to re-send someone a donation receipt (or transaction summary) to a different e-mail address?

If your organization is configured for receipts, then you can copy the receipt from the constituents transaction tab within their profile. You will need to manually email it to them.

In this older thread, It was suggested a receipt copy could be gotten from the Transactions tab in the constituent record.  I've looked, but can't see how you would do that.  Can someone be more specific?  Thanks

This post is referring to "PDF Receipts" but as Steve Hurtado mentions in the above, your site does have to be configured to have PDF receipts turned on.  If you would like to look at the costs of getting PDF receipts enabled for your site, let me know offline and I can get some information for you on how we'd go about doing that.

Once PDF receipts are turned on for your site, you would then have an additional "Action" link when you view transactions in the transaction finder tool... that extra link would allow you as an admin to download a copy of the PDF receipt for that particular transaction.
