Good Morning! Is there a way for a donor to pay their pledge online? An example would be that a board member pledged in February and they have not responded to the mailed invoice. Is there a way to send them a link for their pledge for them to pay it off?

Hi Lindsay - You can send them to any donation form currently active for your org; I recommend you create a donation form specifically for this purpose. The important part will come on the back-end with the gift processor as they will need to know to manually link the cash gift with an existing pledge.

Adding to what @Austen Brown said, we have to choose “Other” in the gift type if using a webview batch; that allows us to go into the gift in database view and link it to their pledge manually. Otherwise, we have to write off the amount against the pledge and that makes reporting clunkier. I hope pledges will be integrated more seamlessly in the future.
