Tell a Friend Autoresponder??????

I was hoping that someone can direct me in the right direction. What we are looking to do is change the autorespnder that the receipent will recive when a page is fowarded to someone.

It doesn't seem to be in the Autoresponder Managment tab and either in the product configuration window. If anyone has information please let me know.

I think you need to talk to your account manager at Convio for help. Because you are right, I don't think there is anywhere where one has access to change the tellafriend stationary etc.

Really? Hm. Just curious if this has been addressed, or what the answer to this actually is. I'd be very interested in knowning myself.

No.. like the post above i think we need to contact our account managers about changing anything within the Autoresponder... I know I know... i would love to be able to do this on our own as well.

Hey Matt,

You are correct the message that is sent by someone forwarding a page to some one or using the tell-a-friend functionality is pretty hard coded. There is some customization that can be done but it usually has to be done by the technical services team here at Convio. If you talk to your account manager they could likely look into your request and get you more information.
