How do I allow participants to enter gifts received offline?

In the "Using the My Progress Page in the Participant Center" help page, it makes reference to the following:

"If the organization allows participants to enter payments for gifts that people give to them, the Enter Gifts Received Offline link will display on the right side of the title bar. For assistance, refer to Entering a Gift that Someone Gives To You."

I was wondering how I can allow participants to do just that.

Answer from Convio.

Go to Fundraising > teamraiser > select Edit on the TeamRaiser Name>

go to 3. select Event Options

Towards the bottom of the left navigator, you will see a section

for Related Actions

Select Advanced Options

See question 1. Offline Gift Recording by Participants: select the box.

Also, see number 15. Offline Team Gifts in the Participant Center

Once this is active, the participant center under My Progress and Team Progress will have the link to enter offline gifts.
