Taking certain emails from one group and putting them in another

We sent out an RSVP to a group of people. We would like to send an email out to certain people who came to the event. How can I take those constituents out of group A and transfer them to group B? I know how to remove from a group. Would I create a new group and do it manuually?

    I'm not sure how you are identifying the subset of group A that you want in group B but you might be able to use a query to accomplish this. Otherwise if you have a compiled list of people with say their email address you could create group B then use a group upload to populate it with the constituent records that you want to send a message to.
