what file to insert javascript?

I have some javascript that creates a small pop-up window and the script is supposed to go between the head tags. I have ftp access to my site. What file do I edit? I can't find any info in the online help about this?

    Are you sure you're using Convio CMS? Or are you using the PageBuilder tool? In either case, you'd need to add your JS code to the head via the Page Wrapper Editor. You'll want to be sure you have access to editing your wrappers, but once you do, you'll be able to add the code to the HEAD of the document.
