2007 File Formats - Export via Receipts

I experienced an issue today where any exports from Receipts in a 2007 format results in a invalid procedure call or argument.

I was advised this was a new issue that was raised yesterday, but it was not listed on Status.blackbaud.com, which is completely unacceptable as I consider it degraded performance.

Why does Receipts still export as MS Access 97, 2.X etc when the latest versions of Office won't let you access these files. Export at least allows you to export as 2000 but Receipts don't.

Blackbaud seems to be treating its customers with contempt as we should not be forced to look to third party to be able to perform the time functions of issuing a receipt to a donor.
