We need to create recurring gifts for a group of constituents. At least a portion of these constituents do not have internet access so they cannot log in and do this themselves. How does a site admin do this for a constituent? They gave us their credit card information but I don't know where/how to set up the recurring gift.

    Ray,

    There are two solutions to this. First you could just go to your site as a normal interent user, make sure you are logged out, and then just proceed through the donation like a normal user would. Alternatively donations 2 forms can now be configured for both on and offline transaction. If the form is configured as an offline donation form you can create or open an existing constituent profile, click the donations tab, select the appropriate form and enter the gift.
