Designee not showing

I have created some new designees, but when I go back to one of our donation pages, and seek to insert it in as a giving option, it is not showing up at all in the list of choices. I have tried and tried, and can't seem to find why this is happeneing.

I can create an entirely new donation page, and when I go to set up the choices, it shows up fine in the drop down list. Is there some reason that it won't show up in donations forms that were created prior to the creation of the designee?
