When will the first message of the EOY Campaign be sent out? What are your recommendations for the timing of the EOY Campaign? Thanks.

    Hi Chris,

    We have some flexibility on the dates of the first two messages in the campaign and will work with you to schedule the specific timing of the delivery once we've built out your campaign, but I would generally encourage you to consider a timeline that generally fits one of the following:

    General Holiday Timing

    Campaign Launch Message: Week of December 8th, preferably Tuesday through Thursday

    Stewardship eCard: Week of December 15th, preferably Thursday the 18th

    Last Chance: Wednesday, December 31st

    Christmas-Focused Timing

    Campain Launch Message: Week of December 15th, preferably Tuesday through Thursday

    Stewardship eCard: Wednesday, December 24th

    Last Chance: Wednesday, December 31st

    Chanukah-Focused Timing

    Campain Launch Message: Week of December 15th, preferably Tuesday through Thursday

    Stewardship eCard:Monday , December 22nd

    Last Chance: Wednesday, December 31st
