Is there a way to add additional questions to an e-commerce store?

We're adding our alumni card to our list of products and it would be helpful to collect purchasers' degree and year of graduation.

    I have a similar question, so I'm disappointed to see that it isn't answered here.

    We are hoping to use our eCommerce module to collect payments from authorized providers, and a few fields of data along with the payment.  If we could do so, it'd integrate some key processes and eliminate a LOT of work for us.

    What I need is sort of a merger of a Survey, where I create the questions and field types, and an eCommerce transaction.

    Does anyone have any ideas for me?

    There's no way to add Survey questions to the Ecommerce checkout pages. If you need to collect additional information, the only solution is to embed a follow-up Survey in the thank you page, or link to a Survey from the store's autoresponder.

    That's disappointing, but I appreciate your response, ncooper.  I think it'd be a nice feature for Convio to add in a future release.
