Can you copy an action?

Sorry if this question has been asked, is it possible to copy an action. Trying to save time when another solicitor attended the same dinner/meeting and already entered their action etc? Can you copy but change the solicitor name?

Yes, you can in NXT and add the other solicitor to the action so you both get credit. Locate the action and click the … to the left and select COPY.

unfortunately not, you can only do SAVE and NEW which does not retain the data - just opens new action to complete.

If this is an action you might be setting up a lot you might want to use a default set. Here is a link to a KB article on how to do that. This might only be available in database view however, I'm not sure.
